This is my favorite weeknight meal. Noodles with a quick sauce smothered in a plethora of vegetables and kissed with spicy chilies courtesy of the spice aisle. Spicy tahini noodles. These are very popular here at the moment and I will list a few variations below. The gist: make a simple diluted tahini sauce roast the vegetables while the pasta water is simmering toss and serve on one plate. If you like those old-fashioned spicy peanut noodles from Chinese restaurants these are sort of their distant cousins with tahini.
