No-boil noodles help this popular vegetarian lasagna cook quickly. Using a mandolin isn’t essential but it will quickly produce thin even slices of carrots that cook super evenly and look gorgeous. Serve with a mixed green salad drizzled with red wine vinaigrette and crusty bread.
