Family favorite. My version of the Christmas stollen you find at your local bakeries especially on "The Hill" in St. Louis. This recipe makes 3 large stollen (about 48 servings). You can cut them any way you like and even make smaller ones.

¾ cup chopped candied lemon
½ cup water or as needed
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
