Steam VR gets desktops in your virtual world!

Steam VR 1.19.6 Beta adds desktop views to your virtual world!

-Added ability to float desktop views in the world and move them around.
-Added the ability to extract docked views from controllers to float in the world.
-Added the ability to dock floating worldviews to controllers by simply placing them within docking distance.
-Moved part of the UI off of the desktop viewbar so that users can view many windows without having a scrollbar.
-Support moving views with Facemouse.
