Maintaining the character and feel of a home isn't always easy when you're tearing it down and replacing everything, but that was the goal of our Beverly project. A house built in 1953 by Julie's grandfather had great sentimental value and an overall architectural aesthetic that Ian and Julie loved. What it really needed was a facelift, a more functional layout and to bring it into line with today's times. Working with Synthesis Design, Twin Lions Contracting achieved this incredible transformation while respecting the clients' core vision for the home. A few small additions, a completely new interior layout, completely upgraded mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems, a new building envelope and a suite of beautiful finishes have created a home that will be there for the next generations of their family. Not forgetting one of our favorite outdoor spaces!
