A fantastic blueberry coffee cake with a crumb topping. This recipe is from a local B&B where I replaced all the sugar with substitutes because I am diabetic. I have received rave reviews and 'I can't believe it's sugar free'. You can add the sugar back in if you want. Either way it's delicious.

¾ cup melted and cooled butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 ½ cups granulated sucrolose sweetener (such as Splenda®)
