This prosciutto and tomato pasta is a quick easy and flavorful dish that showcases the bounty of the summer garden. This recipe was born out of an attempt to use up some of those delicious homegrown tomatoes and fresh basil. Everything was on hand and mixed together easily. For the garlic lovers the second time I made this I used garlic infused olive oil which was amazing! A crisp green salad is the perfect accompaniment.
