This is an Asian dish that I have been eating for a long time and it can be a starter or a main course if you serve it with rice. It was originally meant to be fried in small foil packets but I found that too messy. It is so delicious grilled! The longer it marinates the better it is. Personally I like it better if it marinates for 2 days.
