Milli Taylor's Sweet Potato Rosti with Feta Canapé
It's fall and I've been loving this combination lately: roasted sweet potatoes feta dried cranberries sage and honey.
I like to think I’ve gotten more creative with my cooking since we started this blog (almost a year ago!) but over the past few weeks I’ve used those 5 ingredients almost every night in a slightly different form. I’ve tossed them with kale or spinach for a side dish… tossed them with wheat germ or quinoa for a hearty grain salad… I haven’t made it into dessert yet but I wouldn’t say it’s completely out of the question.
If I had to choose I would say this crostini is my favorite. I just love how the sweet salty and tangy flavors work on toasted grainy bread.
