Chicken stewed in a sweet (marmalade) and spicy (Sriracha) sauce. Lots of flavor. Delicious over rice. This recipe is best when the chicken is cooked long enough that it looks shredded. That way the flavors are better absorbed. You could probably use beef or pork instead of chicken. I haven't tried that yet. I'm very curious to see what someone with some experience with slow cooking can do with this recipe. Could you put everything in a slow cooker and come back in 6 hours for dinner or would the marmalade be a bad idea in a slow cooker?
