FreeFileSync is a free Open Source software that helps you to
synchronize files and folders on Windows, Ubuntu Linux and MAC.

You can also run it in real time by following the instructions on their website or help file.

Make a backup of your files and folders, etc. before using the program, unless you are familiar with its use.

For Windows: Install as a local or portable installation as prompted during installation.

For Ubuntu, launch the terminal, then run these commands:
sudo add-apt-repository ppa: freefilesync/ffs
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install freefilesync

For MAC – once downloaded, via the dashboard.

Then run FreeFileSync or RealtimeSync as explained in the video
