My six eight and ten year olds would tell you that I am working on being a more patient person. I get irritated when I am in the kitchen with them: why is there flour on every cupboard and how did milk get spilled on the counter?
That’s why I said no when they asked me to bake Taylor Swift’s Chai Cookies after hearing about them on the radio. But that same day Joy the Baker made the cookies on Instagram and my colleagues marked it as a recipe we had to test for Simply Recipes readers.
