These pirozhki have a beef onion and dill filling and are delicious. You can also add a little cheese if you like. They can also be baked. I got this recipe from my Russian teacher in high school and have been making them ever since. The kids love them too! They take a while to roll out — but doesn’t something authentic take a while?
