Without going into my kitchen and counting them individually I can think of seven cutting boards that are currently in my home. I have a large wooden board that comes out when I need to carve a cooked turkey or quickly chop up fresh vegetables that are languishing in the back of the fridge. Then there are the other boards each of different sizes for specific purposes including a very small one that I take with me on picnics. By far the cutting board I use the most is a simple plastic one. It’s just the right size for everyday tasks like slicing an apple for my morning oatmeal cutting citrus for my water or dicing onions for dinner.
