Roasted vegetables that never fail! 🎯 everytime #shorts

There is one tool in my kitchen that I use almost every day: my baking sheet. Lined with parchment paper and filled with delicious ingredients it consistently yields meal after meal.

My favorite thing to make on a sheet pan is roasted vegetables for dinner or a week’s worth of meal prep. I love how vegetables like carrots parsnips celeriac and beets get a little charred in a hot oven which intensifies their natural sweetness and makes them fork-tender. Whether I’m roasting root vegetables broccoli florets or halved Brussels sprouts I have a trick to ensure that every bite is packed with flavor: Before I put the sheet pan in the oven I toss the vegetables with a vinaigrette.

The idea to use vinaigrette for roasting vegetables came from my friend Autumn a farmer. In my experience you should always listen when a farmer tells you how to prepare something.
