FILL THE FREEZER CHALLENGE | Week 1 – Dinners

I admit that I rely on frozen dinners to feed my family when things are looking bleak as dinnertime approaches. Over the past 20 years I’ve tried everything from frozen dumplings veggies fries and pizza. I recently tried HOMEBAKE 425°/:30 Frozen Pulled Pork with BBQ Sauce the first time I’ve tried frozen pulled pork. I didn’t think it would give me goosebumps but it did. My whole family loved it so much that I now stock it in my freezer.

The instructions for all of the HOMEBAKE frozen dinners are on the title. Preheat the oven to 425°F and bake for 30 minutes. This makes enough pulled pork to feed my family of five if I serve it as part of a meal. (I have lots of ideas below!) The pulled pork is in a sweet BBQ sauce that has a little bit of a kick to it.
