Some days I spend all day going over proofreading for my latest cookbook which exhausts my brain. Other days I write three stories and spend an hour manning the door at play practice to fulfill “family volunteer hours” at my son’s school. By dinnertime I’m mentally and physically exhausted.
And not only am I tired I also don't have enough time to make a meal for myself and get my child to gymnastics practice on time.
