A few weeks ago my friends and I were all free to hang out on a Friday night by some coincidence. As soon as we discovered this we gathered the troops (our partners and kids) and decided to arrive at 6pm. I immediately fired up my outdoor pizza oven as it’s a quick and easy way to make a fun dinner for small and large groups of all ages.
However I hit a snag when I tried to come up with an equally quick and easy dessert. I immediately went to my pantry to see what shortcuts I had recently stocked up on at Trader Joe's. There I saw a spare box of Trader Joe's new Celebration Cake & Baking Mix. Dessert was about to be served!
