There are a lot of things I could tell you about a trip I took to Colombia a few years ago. I could tell you about the street shooting that broke out in Cali seconds after I walked into my apartment. But instead I’m going to tell you about a chicken sandwich.
Chicken sandwiches are generally nothing to get excited about. They’re reliable and filling and totally vanilla the sensible shoe of sandwiches. So you can imagine my disappointment when my Cali friends suggested burgers for dinner and we showed up at a place where the only meat on the grill was chicken breast.
