This is my love letter to kale chips a constant in my kitchen year round. We bake them 3 or 4 times a week even when we’re in the caravan with a small oven. Even when it’s too hot for any reasonable person to turn on the oven. That’s because kale chips are so easy to make and also because they’re *SO* delicious.
