If there’s one thing I miss most about New York (besides pizza that is) it’s the cold snowy winters. Not just because I love cold snowy days (I do!) but because those cold icy days make meaty slow-cooked rib-sticking winter dishes even more delicious. And there’s no dish more meaty or satisfying than a big pot of ragù Bolognese.
