How to cook tofu
And what better way to end the year than by sharing my worst recipe fails of the past 12 months? Brilliant I know.
This year I’ve found myself cooking in some truly strange situations. Really really strange. From the basement to the construction zone of our new kitchen (which will be fully revealed soon! I haven’t forgotten – I was just slowed down by my illness last week) to my parents’ house and in warmer more ambitious times – the terrace?! Yep. It’s been a year for scrappy cooking.
And even with all that it’s also been a year of really really good food. Like the Chopped Thai Salad the Chicken Broccoli Quinoa Casserole and the Gingerbread Muffins that I’m really craving this morning thanks to the frozen cooler that is Minnesota.
