The mat-debug-xxxx.log files appear in the Temp folder. Fix 2019 – Unable to empty Temp folder.

1. Go for a run
2. Type msconfig.exe
3. Click on the Startup tab then click on safe mode then apply
5. Restart the PC (4. Subscriber first :D)
6. Open temp and delete it
7. Undo everything
