For over 17 years now, I have been working in online fitness and health coaching. I started out working as a personal trainer, working 12 hour days, making $20 an hour, living on poverty line, then I started my health and fitness business, grew it to 8 figure, I left it and started Healthpreneur which is an 8 figure company as we speak. So, as you can see, I know a thing or two about the online fitness coaching business model.

In this video I'll walk you through how to launch and scale a highly successful online health and fitness coaching model in 2023. Where you get rid of the 1:1 and the burnout that comes with it, where you stop leaving money on the table, where you carve out all the freedom and flexibility you want in life, and where you can impact more people with less effort.

I'm going to talk about the 2 factors, the 2 aspects of a very successful online fitness coaching business model. If you bring them in, you can destroy your competition, brand your market, completely own it and forget your financial worries.

These 2 factors are therefore… A) the acquisition model and B) the delivery model. We can still be precise, but we also need to understand the importance of getting the basics right.

So the acquisition model is how you get your customers. We do this with what we call the Perfect Client Pipeline system.

The first step is PP or predictable prospecting. We run ads to laser-target the ideal target customers and I will tell you that not all the content we create can match the ads when it comes to cold, hard numbers…the results that actually matter to a business .

The second step is TS or learning to sell. This is where we use a webinar to “shake things up” as Gary Bencivenga would say. Accuracy is the name of the game. You can't help everyone, so you choose a market and dazzle them with the value you provide.

The third step is AA: ask and evaluate. You can still provide value to your customers, but ultimately implementing is not the same as learning something. There are always follow-up questions. They cannot move forward without the guidance they need.

And the fourth and final step is CC or coach to close. This is a very important step in this online fitness coaching business model because we eliminate the time wasters, the snipers, the want tos, the have beens and never woulds – and we enable only for your ideal dream clients to have access to YOU – the coach.

And then there is delivery. You've acquired a client, but how you deliver it, how you coach them, is what makes the difference. Whether you manage to make the impact you want, earn the money you so desperately need, and recoup the time you can't replace with anything else, depends entirely on the delivery method.
