Cheese glorious cheese. I usually have a few varieties on hand for quick snacks salad additions and to transform dinner into a gooey treat. I often stock up during sales with the intention of saving it for pizza night or a weekend cheese board.
It’s almost inevitable that one of my family members will help themselves to a little snack. Next thing I know there are multiple open cheeses floating around in the deli drawer. And despite the best intentions some of it goes bad before we finish it.
