Start of the quest from Ingot 39.47 48.33. Kill 12 Worldbreaker Draconians.
1b. A Cultist's Apprehensions
Go to 37.45 46.67 and stand next to the cage.
3. Under lock and key
Kill the monsters until the Worldbreaker Cell Key drops, then open the cage.
4. The shadow of his wings
Fly inside Cave 35.80 47.92 and kill Cygenoth 35.12 45.48, then return to Ingot 39.47 48.33. after this quest, the storyline will end.
