Mango Sago:
Wash and soak the sago
Boil it so that it is translucent
Let it cool
Mix the mango and milk
For extra sweetness, add sugar or protein powder
Mix them with ice.
Garnish with dried walnuts and fresh mango pieces
Vanilla Avocado Chia Seed Smoothie:
Soak chia seeds
Mix milk, 1 tablespoon vanilla protein powder and 1 tablespoon avocado
Mix with Chia seeds
Garnish with dried fruits
Garnish with blue berries or raspberries or any other fruit
Peanut Butter Raspberry Blueberry Smoothie:
Mix Raspberry, Blueberry, milk and peanut butter
Add the soaked Chia seeds.
Garnish with crushed peanuts and dried fruit
Coconut sago:
Wash and soak the sago
Boil it until it becomes translucent
Mix fresh coconut cream or shredded coconut with coconut milk or regular milk or whipped cream
For sweetness, add honey or maple syrup
Add it all up
Garnish with grated coconut and dried fruits
