I call this my magic sauce recipe. Partly because it makes everything it touches glisten with deliciousness. It’s magic that kind of thing. Technically it’s a variation on a chimichurri sauce—one that’s gone way off the rails. Many tweaks have made it a distant cousin. If that. In fact I skip the signature parsley of that sauce altogether. But I love this. Love love love. And I use it a hundred different ways. Magic sauce it really is.
