Borrowed from a handful of other pizza dough recipes and adapted to get a nice thick crust using a bread machine. If using a pizza stone dust it with cornmeal before placing the pizza on it to prevent it from sticking. Feel free to try other spices if you don't like any of the spices in this recipe.
