️ RECIPE #01 00:00
1 cabbage.
Cut into slices 1.5 to 2 cm thick.
Olive oil.

Salt 1 teaspoon.
Black pepper.
Red paprika.
Oregano.
Mix well.
Brush the cabbage with aromatic oil.
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes at 180C (350F).
Greek yogurt/sour cream 3 tbsp.
Dijon mustard 1 tbsp.
Salt.
Black pepper.
1 garlic.
Juice of 1/2 lemon.
Oregano.
Mustard 1 tbsp.

1/2 cabbage.
3 egg whites.
1 carrot.
I use a special grater.
1 potato.
1 red onion.
Mix the vegetables well.
Salt.
Black pepper.
Dried garlic.
Italian herbs.
Olive oil.
Parmesan cheese.
3 tomatoes.
Flip using a plate.
Add 3 egg yolks.
Parmesan cheese.

️ RECIPE #03 06:13
1/2 cabbage.
Salt 1 teaspoon.
Squeeze the cabbage well with your hands.
Pour boiling water over it.
Leave to act for 15 minutes.
Mushrooms 250g / 8.81oz.
Olive oil.
Butter.
Salt.
1 onion.
1 carrot.
The mushrooms are ready!
Olive oil.
2 garlic.
Drain the water.
Olive oil.
Arrange the cabbage.
Fried vegetables and mushrooms.
Parsley.
Chive.
Oatmeal 8 tbsp.
Salt 1 teaspoon.
Black pepper.
Red bell pepper.
3 eggs.
Bake at 180C (350F) for 30 minutes.

Bake at 180C (350F) for another 15 minutes.
