How This French Company Is Taking Butter to the Next Level

If I had to pick a favorite food group it would be dairy. I eat yogurt and cheese every day and a cheese platter is probably my favorite meal. And butter… that's my ride-or-die. Give me good bread and butter and I'm happy for days.
That’s why I always pay attention to the results of the World Championship Cheese Contest. Held in Wisconsin every two years since 1957 the contest judges the best cheese butter and yogurt based on a myriad of criteria. The expert judging team evaluates over 3000 dairy products (I hope they have LACTAID handy) to select the best of the best. There are over 100 categories of cheese alone! What a dream to be a judge.
