A document from the National Security Agency revealed that Android and iPhone users should restart their phones once a week. According to the NSA, restarting your device can help prevent certain zero-click exploits and malware from running on your phone. Zero-click exploits are those methods through which hackers can listen and collect data from phones. This may sound simple, but it's solid advice from the NSA and makes a lot of sense.
