When we think of Michelin-starred chefs we don’t necessarily think of those who eat fast food but many enjoy a trip to the drive-thru just as much as we do. Chef Tim Hollingsworth of Otium in Los Angeles (and former chef de cuisine at three-Michelin-starred The French Laundry) says his favorite order at one of America’s largest fast food chains isn’t always easy to come by.
Michelin-starred chef Tim Hollingsworth has teamed up with actor BJ Novak ("The Office") for a new show called "Chain Food: All-Star Dishes" in which Hollingsworth reinvents eight popular fast food items and features celebrity guests. You can stream the show on The Roku Channel.
The two spoke to People about their favorite fast food orders to celebrate the new show. Hollingsworth says he loves hitting the McDonald's drive-thru to score his custom menu hack the Caramel McFlurry.
