A totally different style video today, I hope you like it!
One of Mark's most frequently asked questions is: "What are your favorite Thai dishes?" And so when Greg was in Bangkok, I thought it would be a brilliant idea to cover him while he was filming with his incredible video skills.

Choosing my favorite Thai dishes is a very difficult thing to do, but I've narrowed it down.
1. Braised beef fire pot (เกาเหลาเนื้อหม้อไฟ) at Heng Chun Seng (ร้าน เฮ้งชุนเส็ง) – There's pretty much nothing better to eat for breakfast in Bangkok, and after trying quite a few of versions, Heng Chun Seng is still my favorite. The beef is tender and especially the soup is so flavored by the herbs and the beef. Google map: https://goo.gl/maps/yhtoLCyUbVy
2. Holy Basil Stir-Fry (กระเพราหมูสับ) at Ung Jia Huad (ร้านอึ้งเจี่ยฮวด) most popular, easy to eat Thai cuisine , it’s a holy basil stir-fry (with meat of your choice). It’s a dish that always hits the mark. Google map: https://goo.gl/maps/q6apJqZEhUH2
3. Green Papaya Salad (ตำปูปลาร้า) Stall in Sukhumvit – You will find green papaya salad on almost every street in Bangkok and throughout Thailand. My favorite version is som tam boo plaraa, seasoned with fermented fish sauce.
4. Fish Innards Curry (แกงไตปลา) in Janhom (ร้านจันทร์หอม) – Southern Thai cuisine is always one of my favorites, and gaeng tai pla, or a curry made from fish innards, is one of the tastiest Thai dishes of all. . Google map: https://goo.gl/maps/kC9a62QCApD2
5. Jungle Curry (แกงป่า) at Pla Mae Nam (ร้านปลาแม่น้ำ) – One dish that I just can't get over and have to order every chance I get is Thai jungle curry. It's an amazing blend of chilies and herbs, and in this case, fish. It's also one of my favorite restaurants in Bangkok at the moment. Google map: https://goo.gl/maps/4kbcuqoVdPP2
