Tower Of Fantasy PC Client Error – Unable to launch game from client launcher, HELP please?

I have been facing this issue and am unable to resolve it at the moment. The error is that when I press the launch button on the client, it does not open. A window would only appear in the background, then it would return to the launcher.

Does anyone face the same problem or maybe have an idea to fix this error? Your help will be greatly appreciated! I'm in the process of contacting the developers via email at [email protected] to request assistance. If you can, you can help me send a report to the developers if you encounter the same problem. More the merrier, the merrier!
