Growing up my mother would serve our family this tuna macaroni salad almost every Friday. (Fish on Fridays is a Catholic tradition.)
It's such a simple salad but my heart skips a beat when I go over to my parents' house and see us eating it. I think it's my favorite macaroni salad and my favorite tuna salad of all time. In the whole world. Period.
