This is a great recipe I came up with to use up leftover bread. I usually use the contents of my vegetable drawer for this so I basically throw in whatever I have at the time so you can judge for yourself. They taste great with sour cream or low-fat mayonnaise or even plain – although my husband prefers ketchup. I mostly use this recipe as a guideline so have fun!
