Turn auto capitalization on or off in Word 2019 and 2016

not:
1. Open Word, select the “File” menu and choose “Options”.
2. Select “Proofing”, then select the “Autocorrect Options” button.
3. under the /"autocorrection/" table.
4. check the box /"Capitalize the first letter of sentences/".
