There are several ways to mark Product Backlog items as /"Sprint Ready/" in Jira. The first and probably most popular method is to use the Sprints functionality in Jira. Simply create a Sprint to serve as a container for any Product Backlog items that your team wants to mark as /"Sprint Ready/" and that can be rolled into a subsequent Sprint.
