Easily record two separate (discrete) audio tracks to an iPhone with the RODE SC6-L – and monitor your audio with headphones too. It's a great accessory for anyone who wants to record multiple mics on a single device and it works with many apps, including FiLMiC Pro.
PLEASE NOTE… By default, the RODE SC6-L is in /"combined/" track mode, not /"separate/". Simply use the RODE Reporter app (it's free) to change this SC6-L setting. Just plug it into your iPhone, open the Reporter app, and go to Settings to change it (it will then stay in that mode). I did this a while ago and I always leave the SC6-L in split track mode so I forgot to mention it. 🙂
