We've been pudding fans for years and chocolate is our absolute favorite (obviously). But if we can make a dessert healthier without sacrificing flavor we're in!

With over 10 grams of protein per serving this naturally sweetened 6-ingredient 1 blender protein pudding is a winner. Plus we made two versions: one with cashews and one with black beans!

There are many reasons to love this pudding but one of them is its simplicity. It starts with soaking and then draining cashews or rinsing and draining black beans (yes beans in desserts again!).
