5 Minute Veggie Coconut Wraps | Minimalist Bakery Recipes

We were introduced to these Coconut Wraps* by Sarah's Day. After ordering them and trying them out ourselves we were sold! They are made with 4 simple ingredients and are so versatile. Enjoy them cooked or raw (we prefer raw) savory or sweet (we prefer savory).

While the wraps themselves are delicious it's the filling that really makes the difference. We went for hummus and our beloved Green Curry paste for sauce and lots of fresh veggies.

Red bell peppers carrots creamy avocado crunchy kale and cilantro are packed tightly and combine well with the hummus and green curry paste. Absolutely amazing!
