Sun-dried tomato soup

Rinse the vegetables thoroughly cut them into small cubes and fry them in a small amount of oil. Pour in the milk and add enough water to cover the vegetables. Season with salt and simmer on low heat.

Once the vegetables are soft transfer the entire mixture to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Stir in the cream.

To enhance the presentation prepare the pesto by combining it with olive oil for a more fluid texture. Use this in combination with sun-dried tomatoes to garnish the soup.
