I have been making kale for years but my daughter who is a new vegetarian won't eat it with the usual fat back that she uses for seasoning. I came up with this recipe one afternoon and my family has been loving it ever since! Really great flavors that meld together throughout the cooking process. They are so good. They try to eat them right out of the pan! Serve with some hot sauce and vinegar with your favorite meal. I promise you won't have any leftovers they are so good!
