Victoria first discovered how great food can bring people together while living in Madrid Spain during her undergraduate studies and she hasn't been the same since.
After graduating from Washington College she worked in IT as a project coordinator for several years until she decided to focus full-time on her passion for cooking.
She attended the Institute of Culinary Education in New York where she did a double internship: testing recipes with chef Sara Moulton and working as a prep cook at Huertas a Spanish tapas restaurant in the East Village.
