Serious Mealtimes / Erin Jackson

If you can stomach the all-you-can-eat breadsticks oil-soaked salad and carb-heavy main course at the Olive Garden and still find yourself in the market for dessert you’ve got plenty of options—14 to be exact (including two limited-time seasonal desserts). In addition to five different “Piccoli Dolci” (small dessert treats) available individually or as a trio there’s a decent variety of cakes available by the slice along with zeppoli and tiramisu.

I don’t know about you but it’s been a while since I last ate at Olive Garden. My relationship with the Orlando-based chain was brief and intense peaking in the early ‘90s and dipping toward the end of the decade (when the only location near me closed). The restaurant was a staple for special occasions throughout my teenage years and as a result all of my memories of it are coated in a thick layer of adolescent nostalgia.
