I've had my Apple Watch for a month now…was it worth it? I think so. In this video I explain why the Apple Watch has essentially replaced my phone (my phone is a little jealous.)

So yeah, I finally decided to get one of these babies since they came out with the cheaper SE model. I wasn't looking for a lot of features, but I wanted a bigger screen and faster performance than the Series 3 offered. I just didn't need the ECGs and blood oxygen measurements of the series 6. I ended up getting the Apple Watch SE GPS 40mm in gold.

It took a lot of tinkering to set it up to make it a useful tool rather than a distraction, but now that I've done that, I've found that I use my phone a lot less. The watch is like a mini phone without any distractions!

I've learned a few tips along the way that I want to share with you in this video so you can set up your Apple Watch to help with productivity and mindfulness, but also keep in mind that this may not not be of any use to you!! You need to decide if it fits your lifestyle πŸ™‚
