To enable safe mode boot by pressing F8 repeatedly, copy this code into Command Prompt.

bcdedit /set {default} startup policy inheritance

To return to normal Windows 10 startup settings, copy this code into Command Prompt

bcdedit /set {default} boot menu policy standard
