Windows 10 update stuck at 91% (everything went well)

As I said, I will tell you here what happened next. Basically when I went to log in it refused to let me past the welcome screen. To fix this, I clicked the power button in the lower right corner of the screen, then clicked Update and Restart. I was then able to log in.

I AM NOT SURE THAT YOUR COMPUTER WILL BE DAMAGED IF YOU FOLLOW THIS PROCESS. I take no responsibility for bricking your computer if you do this. READ THE MICROSOFT DOCUMENTS ON WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU TURN OFF YOUR COMPUTER MID-UPDATE.
