Windows 11 at a glance: Speedrun installation in 3 minutes

When Microsoft created the .WIM format for deploying Windows images, in Windows Vista, they set a goal of being able to install Windows in less than 15 minutes. They should be pretty proud of their efforts, because it seems like it's entirely possible to install Windows from start to finish in a very short time.
Granted, it's a somewhat modified image of Windows 11, in the form of a tiny11 kernel, and the drive is an 8GB RAM disk, but still, there are modern NVMe drives that are probably also faster than my LPDDR4X virtual disk.
